Prof!ler Finds The Most Suitable Candidates In The Quickest Possible Time.

Increase your ability to select high quality candidates while saving time and minimizing costs.Prof!ler is provided with an extensive Library of competency based job Profiles. Recruiters have a choice of selecting a customisable job Profile template from the competency Library or creating their own. Profiles that are created by a company are automatically included in the company’s Profile Library.

Prof!ler includes the functionality to Screen candidates. Screening is done on two levels:

  1. Filtering against specific Qualifiers (for example: do you have a marketing degree?)
  2. Screening against a percentage Fit. The Fit is calculated through a candidate’s selection of the functional and behavioural multiple choice competency questions (for example perfect Fit, 1% over Fit, 10% under Fit).

Once a Recruiter receives a Screened application, they will have the opportunity to send suitable candidates a free form online Interview.

These steps are designed to help Recruiters collect information from a candidate that would otherwise only be addressed in a face-to-face interview. Prof!ler can therefore save a Recruiter considerable time in the recruiting process.
